Trying to get a pattern

I am very disappointed that you decided to discontinue the classic kimono pattern. Its actually one of the few patterns that I put out under the indigo junction name that is a usable wearable for any age group. Is there any chance that you will be re-issuing it?

I have a problem with your product, the chalk wheel.

I opened my third chalk wheel yesterday. The wheel turns but no chalk will come out. How can I rectify that? I just tried to get help through a chat. Charging customers for help with your products goes against the grain with someone who has been a customer of your products for a long time. I do not appreciate that.

User's recommendation: Customer support seems to be lacking.
